We’re made up of 28 different nationalities, working in 20 teams with over 200 unique personalities. We’ve got our creatives, our techies, our caring customer supporters, our number crunchers – you name it, they’re here. We’ve all got our individual quirks, personalities, and backgrounds. It’s this combination of skills and experience that has gotten us to where we are today and propels us forward.

The work we do at Ding is purposeful and challenging. As the first service of its kind, we’ve created the market in which we operate which means we regularly come across challenges that we’ve never seen before. That’s why having ambitious people who can think on their feet and enjoy problem-solving is so important to us.

We know that life isn’t 9-5, and so neither are we. Your work-life balance is important to us. We work hard and play hard with pizza days, company events and surprises when you are in the office.
Our biggest team here at Ding is our Tech team. They spend their days building systems that are used globally. Our engineering process focuses on continuous integration, test and delivery using Kanban methodology. Not only will you get to work with the latest most complex technology, but you’ll be working with over 1.3 million lines of active code.
