As a graduate at Ding, you'll join a global team on a mission to connect people and make life simpler for millions worldwide. From day one, you'll learn from experienced mentors, work on meaningful projects, and bring your ideas to life in a purpose-driven, fast-paced environment that values innovation, inclusion, and growth.
You'll follow a structured mix of core training (agile, communication, data literacy) and technical development aligned to each rotation.
You'll be paired with a senior mentor for professional guidance and a buddy to support your day-to-day journey.
In your final six months, you'll collaborate on a cross-functional capstone project, presenting your ideas and impact to the leadership team.
Upon completing the programme, you'll transition into a permanent role within one of Ding's key divisions, ready to take the next step in your career.
We welcome graduates from Business, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related fields who are on track to achieve a 2:1 or higher in their degree.
The Ding Graduate Development Programme is an 18-month rotational experience designed to help you explore, learn, and grow across multiple areas of our business. We also understand that every graduate's journey is unique, so there's flexibility built into the rotations, allowing you to find placements that align with your interests, strengths, and career goals.
Alongside our 18-month Graduate Programme, we offer both an Easter 4-Week Internship and a Summer 4-Week Internship designed to give students hands-on exposure to Ding's fast-moving environment.
